e invite you to our this Seattle Area ContentNext Mixer of paidContent.org and Moconews.net readers on June 26th, 2008 at W Hotel in Seattle.

Along with our trademark mixer, we also have a editorial keynote and panel prior to the networking

Mobile Advertising, With 4G On The Way

This event will kick off with Scott Richardson, the chief strategy officer of Clearwire, addressing the market opportunity for mobile advertising as the company rolls out mobile WiMax, also called 4G. Following his k
 eynote, a panel will bring sober analysis to this very hyped topic. Get the full range of perspective's on what a carrier, a developer, an advertiser and publisher are thinking on how the opportunity will evolve as networks move to the faster 3G and 4G technologies. Here are some of the questions we will ask: Will advertising be enough to subsidize applications, content, network access, or all three? How will the different ecosystems work together? What are the challenges and pitfalls of the industry going forward?

Confirmed speakers:
Scott Richardson, Chief Strategy Officer, Clearwire;
Jason Gruber, VP, US Mobile Strategic Development, AOL;
Kyoo Kim, VP of Ad Sales, MSNBC.com;
Jeff Giard, VP of Business Development, Alltel; and
Jeremy Wright, Global Director, Mobile Brand Strategy, Nokia Interactive Advertising and co-founder of Enpocket

We'll have a great mix of people from big-media content companies, small and indie media/content providers, newspaper, entertainment, radio, television, mobile companies, technology/vendor companies, VCs, bankers, analysts, journalists, etc there, so be prepared for some lateral thinking while networking.

Venue: 1112 4th Avenue · Seattle, Washington 98101
Time: Editorial Program from 6-7 PM, followed by a mixer, until 10 PM.
